“I like drinking coffee alone and reading alone. I like riding the bus alone and walking home alone. it gives me time to think and set my mind free. I like eating alone and listening to music alone. but when I see a mother with her child, a girl with her lover, or a friend laughing with their best friend, I realize that even though I like being alone, I don’t fancy being lonely. the sky is beautiful, but the people are sad. I just need someone who won’t run away.”—(via livingdeadfaerie)
Back from my travels over the weekend. I’m happy I have more chances to travel now, even if it’s just to the next province. A change of pace is much welcomed after being in Toronto for what seems like ages. I’m getting tired of this city and have plans to move out within the next year or two.

“I love that sweet smell of decay that surrounds me in forests and woods. A kind of mulchy, deep, rich rot that has no connotation of death or ending, but rather of life and age.
A sense of perpetual destruction and rebirth.”—tatteredbanners (via orcrist)
